Preamble:

Read off memorized disclaimer

The theme of the day was focus and perseverance

Warm-O-Rama:

jog to coupons, one for each hand.

With coupons:

side straddle hops

weed pickers

windmill

arms out and cirlce

worlds greatest stretch with arms out (warrior 2)

The Thang:

most had coupons that were too big so we jogged back to da pile and everyone got smaller ones.  Then joggle back and if you drop a coupon then 10 pushups or 5 burpees.  Joggling didn’t go off as well as planned, especially in dark areas.  I think Speedo smashed one of his fingers so I hope he’s ok.  I did read my memorized disclaimer though so he can’t sue me!  Then we circled up for a nice slow jack web with coupons.  Then some supermans with coupons and then more joggling under the lights while partner side straddle hopped with coupons.  Then lined up facing partner with arms out and bear crawl through.  A few laughs but wasn’t a crowd pleaser.  Then to da wall of pain and people’s chair while passing big ole coupon down line and back for a few minutes.  Then we worked on perfecting our jabs and upper cuts with the coupons so the next time some random guy yells at us at 5 in the morning I won’t have to hide behind Speedo again!

COT:

I shared with the PAX that: Today was my 4 year sober anniversery.  Been a whole lotta hell and only because of the Lord Jesus Christ have I made it this far.  Focus and Perseverance was the theme because Jesus has allowed me to persevere because I first focus on him and then focus on the task at hand which is to not turn back to the destructive things that almost took me down.

Speedo getting baptized this Sunday by one of our own Mr. Cheneral.

Prayers thanking God for every breath we take every day and for all of us and all of our strength to keep moving in the right direction now and always.
