Preamble:
Finally making our “Crabapple Run Group” official today. 7 PAX showed up ready to run, with 2 in question as to where they were. One would be found along the course, they other had alarm issues and wouldn’t make it out. Weather held off and set up a perfect day to get in a long morning run to burn off the weekend Easter candy.
Warm-O-Rama:
No warm up here, just straight to the thang…
The Thang:
Heading out at 5:30 past the Milton library and down Charlotte Drive to Mid-Broadwell. Stayed on Mid-Broadwell all the way to Wills Road and hung a right at Wills Park to head down Rucker Road. Up and down the hills of Rucker to Broadwell to finish off the 5.3 mile run.
Great pace and some good mumblechatter along the way as well.
COT:
Prayers for Caffey and his M as they get close to baby number three. Also continued prayers for Ready-Mix and his family.
Prayers for Shooter and all others running the Boston Marathon today as well.

Great run and super excited we finally got a name for the newest AO for F3 Alpha – Crossroads!
Honor to lead this group of fine men and look forward to what this AO will bring in the future.
