Preamble:
Today was the first official 2.0 ruck. The last Saturday each month PAX can bring a 2.0 so they get a taste of what we do.
Warm-O-Rama:
Headed to the top to watch the sun rise. Executed some ruck squats and merkins. As the first merkin was completed all PAX except for the 2.0 complained.
A bit of stretching to soothe the old legs in the group.
The Thang:
Prior to launch we discussed the idea of comparison and why it’s a bad thing. We discussed how it’s best to only compare yourself to yourself and look for improvements. Measure backwards to observe your gains and it will help you accelerate forward.
From there we did a nice greenway ruck with a construction site walk back.
COT:
Prayers for swipers father and Dejavu mother in law. We dismissed with a recap of the initial discussion and encouragement to document your wins and measure backward.
