• Repeat
• Run and long jump every 5yds to the 50yd line, 10 decline merkins, curls to the goal line, 20 LBCs
• Repeat
• Reverse jog to the 50yd line, 10 decline merkins, Skull crushers to the goal line, 20 LBCs
• Repeat
• Jog to the 50yd line, 10 decline merkins, bear crawl to the goal line, 20 LBCs
• Repeat
• Jog to the 50yd line, Murder bunnies back to the goal line (MBs with a coupon = 3x MBs with a cinder)
