Preamble:

Baseball is still in lockout but maybe some John Fogerty and “Centerfield” can get us going…

The Thang:

3 Jacks – Black Jack, Plank Jack and Cracker Jack

Start on the sideline of a football field. Perform 1 Cracker Jack – run to other sideline – perform 20 Plank Jacks. Run back and do 2 CJs. Run back for 19 PJs. Repeat until you do 20 CJs and 1 PJ, running between the sidelines. Always adds up to 21 – BLACK JACK!

After finishing, did home run trot on make shift baseball field with each PAX running and stopping at different bases (some bases had more PAX).

Batter – 10 Burpees and yells “GO” once completed

First Inning
1st Base – LBCs
2nd Base – Merkins
3rd Base – Squats
Bear Crawl to next base

Was going to Do it again but new exercises and means of transportation but running low on time.

All PAX lined up at Home plate and did following in sequence.

1 Burpee

run to 1st base – 5 BB Sit-ups

Run to 2nd base – 5 Diamond merkins

run to 3rd base – 5 Monkey Humpers

Run home and then back to flag.
