Preamble:
started with choose your own adventure warm-up, followed by a double cinder/burpee catch me if you around the church. **Partner Criteria: fast guy with someone who takes their time and has proper form (this proved to be a moot point with Aflac still sleeping, everyones form was on fleek)**
Next up: partners carried atlas balls while everyone else did same exercise (so many but a few were: planks, curls, you get the drill.)
