Preamble:
Did a short pre-run.
Warm-O-Rama:
Did SSH, weed pickers, and sun gods.
The Thang:
Broke into groups of 2 and went to the beginning of the football field. One person in the group would run to halfway and then jog back repeatedly while the other person did exercises (100 Merkins) and then swap. We would repeat this 4 times with different exercises each time both people finished their set of 100 (Merkins, squats, sit-ups, ssh) Every 2 sets we did an Indian run and finished off with a ring of fire.
