after that concluded and way to many teachers drove by to strange men doing monkey humpers in the school parking lot, we escorted ourselves off the premises.
moseyed over to the hill at Lake Windward drive. Ran up the hill to Clipper Bay for 20 LBCs then back down for 5 burpees. Rinse and repeat 3 more times.
moseyed back toward the flag for a set of 11’s, Big Boy stand ups and merkins.
Finished off with some Mary back at the flag.

Started our first TNT (Truth Nugget Talks) this week. False Start shared about his 7 year old daughter dropping a truth nugget at the dinner table. There is power in the word “yet” because it leaves the door open for you to accomplish something down the road. If you’ve said “I can’t do that” try saying “I can’t do that yet”.
