Reading through the exicon, YHC found a few things that sounded… interesting? No better time to break that out than when it’s Q time.
Moseyed over to the pool parking lot for:
toy soldiers x12
weed pickers x12
peter parkers x12
mountain climbers x12
Q Lesson for WOR: Pax are eager to standup when doing Peter Parker’s and other 4 limbed exercises.
Started out with the Bill Murray, to which Norm asked “why is it called Bill Murray?” Great question, YHC suspects BM is a closet burpee fan, but I digress. Involved 4 laps around the pond, after each lap pax would perform each of the following:
10 big boys
Halfway through the Murray, Juul astutely pointed out that the burpees weren’t necessary, but then it wouldn’t be the Bill Murray. And we couldn’t have that.
After the Bill Murray, YHC led the pax over to the playground for another newly discovered exercise: the burp-up, a burpee that leads into a pull up. Pax found a partner and a coupon. One pax would do 5 burp-ups, while partner would perform one of the following:
Once 5 burp-ups completed, partners would switch.
Realizing time was starting to dwindle, YHC called for a mosey back to the flag with a burpee at each light pole, courtesy of Juul. He loves burpees, regardless of what he says.
Crabtree race on the 3rd of July.
Great way to start the week leading the men of the Wreck. Opportunity to lead is always appreciated.
