Mosey’d to the pull-up bars and did a morning call w/4 pull-ups and merkins by the PAX for each pull-up.
Mosey’d back to the parking lot. We will do suicides with a latter. Run to the first line, come back and do 10 merkins at the starting point. Then, 20, 30 and up the latter to 40 merkins (running to the furthest point). Then back down.
For the second round, same thing, but substitute in big boy sit-ups (10 up to 40, back down while doing suicides). For the last round, substitute in jump-squats (10 up to 40, back down, while doing suicides).
