YHC had been eyeing the latest workout from the Go Ruck guys and wondering how to fit it into 45 minutes. I made it happen. It was hard. Uncomfortable. Challenging. I think the PAX hated me in the best way possible during the BD.

The BD was simple. Not easy.
Run up the hill and back - Do 20 Burpees
Run up the hill and back - Do 18 Burpees, repeat deescalating the rep count (but not the suffering) by 2 each time until all PAX completed it. Anyone who finished early continued running and doing burpees at the bottom of the hill until the 6 was in.
