We moseyed to the parking lot by the RAP pool and after the disclaimer did the following exercises to arm up:
SSH x 15
Imperial Walkers x 12
Windmills x 12
Arm Circles (forward direction, then reverse)
After warm-up we partnered up and then made our way to the pond and did the Brokin Mile. The Broken Mile consists of 4 total laps of the pond where partners are running in the opposite direction and do 10 brokins each time you meet. This results in 80 brokins and a 1-mile run.
The next move was to merlot hill for a round of Dora 1-2-3. The PAX stayed partnered up, grabbed a medium sized coupon, and did a combined 100 thrusters, 200 rows and 300 curls. Partner A performed the exercises while Partner B bear crawled up the hill and then ran back down. Most groups got well into the 300 curls before time was called. We then returned the coupons and made our way back to the flag.
Back at the flag Blue lead mary with LBCs for the remaining 90 seconds.
It was a beautiful morning with a great group of guys to get the day started the right way!
