Preamble:

It was my first queue and I spent couple of hours on the preparation my going through some document which Zohan sent me, reading lexicon and just thinking which exercises I want to do.

After I had plan for the workout I consultant with Zohan about how long it takes to complete each exercises and how many repeats would make sense to do in one hour.

Warm-O-Rama:

Speedo was a lonely prerunner because Zohan preferred to party all night long.

Workout took place during the Memorial day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to see relatively large group.

After disclaimer we started warm-up at the center of the soccer field with SSH, weed picker, hill billy, squats and imperial walker.

Continue to mosey to the corner of the soccer field and from there we did 25 exercises in each corner rossalita, merkins, the bicycle, lbc.

The Thang:

Mosey to the famous Widomaker hill and at the hill we started 11′ exercise LBC at the top of the hill and Burpee near the man’s cave. To make things more interesting we ran from the top of the hill to the main cave and on the way back we ran backwards.

After those fun exercises we took coupon and continued exercise at the bottom of the hill.

Exercises done in pairs and each pair had to complete 100 squats with coupon, 150 dolly, 100 dying cockroach, 150 skull crushers and 100 bench presses with coupon.

After the finished exercises we returned coupon and indian mosey back to the soccer field(last person did 5 merkins)

When we came back to the fields we had less than five minutes left and during that time we did american hammer, kicks and couple other exercises.

COT:
