rain & coupon

Preamble:

The forecast indicated it would rain in the morning, YHC asked to meet at the pavilion near the baseball fields and bring coupon. As much as possible, we would stay dry. YHC was glad the rain subsided, light drizzle after the BD started.

Warm-O-Rama:

After a quick disclaimer we started the warm-o-rama by doing: Weed Picker, Wind Mills, SSH, Willie Mays Hayes, Toy Soldier & Moroccan Night Club.

The Thang:

YHC explained the exercises. Each round will be completed with a mosey to the playgound (if it’s not raining) or 75 SSH.

Diamond Mercans, Gobble Squat, Curls, Overhead Press, Carolina Dry Dock, Chess Press, Flutter Kick with Coupon & Bent Over Row (see the screenshot ). Some PAX picked to mosey & some SSH.  The early finishers did a bunch of exercises while waiting for the six.

For Mary: Gas Pumper, Dying cockroach and a few others that YHC forgot.

COT:

Pray for peace & comfort for Morphine’s & his family as they’re waiting for his dad’s passing (he’s in hospice care).

Prayer for Dinghy’s job search.

Pray for healing for Feather’s M, Kate, who threw her back.
