Burpees and running….what could go wrong?

Warm-O-Rama:

1 lap around the track

SSH

Weed Pickers

Toy Soldiers

Arm Circles

The Thang:

Each pax does the number of reps indicated, dropping by 3 each time.
Reps: 20, 17, 14, 11, 8, 5, 2
Burpees
Squats
Flutters
After each set of reps, take a lap around the track.
After everyone finished all the reps we took a “cool down” lap around the track.
We stopped near the opposite end-zone for part 2.
We lined up on the sideline facing the opposite sideline.
10 x
Run across the field
5 burpees
10 Merkins
15 Plank jacks
We took another “cool down” lap and did 100 LBC’s after that.
Crap….we finished that quicker than I thought…uhhhh…to the bleachers!
We ran up and down each staircase of the bleachers.
After coming down we did 15 dips/30 LBC’s
Once we hit the end of the bleachers we repeated the bleachers with 15 step-ups/30 American Hammers
With 30 seconds to go we had just enough time for 5 more burpees!
