Perfect morning for a beatdown, and Braves fever has taken over my family. The only prescription is more Widowmaker.
Quick warmup. SSH, weedpickers, Imperial Walker, and Moroccan nightclub. Mosey to the soccer field.
Little baseball diamond drill. Starting at the soccer goal (home plate), run to imaginary first base (at midfield) and do 10 merkins. Back to home plate. Then run to first and then second base at the far end of the field and do 20 merkins. Then back to home. Then all the way to 3rd base and 30 merkins. Finally hit a home run and do 40 merkins.
Mosey to the Widowmaker. Time for BRAVES. Like BLIMPS but better. 5 burpees, 10 reverse LBC, 15 Annies, 20 V-Ups, 25 E2K, and 30 squats. B at the top of the hill. Mosey to the bottom. BR at bottom. Back to the top for BRA. And so on. Every time we cross the manhole cover, 5 diamond merkins. Last time up we did a little Indian Plank Run up the Widowmaker to the manhole cover. Then all you got left to the top. Mosey back to the flag with a few stops. Then time for Mary.
Name-O-Rama and welcome GUI. 3 trips up the Widowmaker on your first beatdown is not an easy to begin. Hope to see you back.
Convergence at the Boneyard sometime this fall. Hopefully we won’t get kicked out again.
