Nothing Finer than a Fifty-niner!

Preamble:

QIC showed up with some energizing tunes from some hard driving rock playlist. Very nice welcome for a Bday Q.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey began off into the dark woods to Ted Nugent’s Stranglehold.  Up the hill backwards and sideways to the parking lot by the art center. Q led with some silly style side straddle hops, mountain climbers, toy soldiers, hillbillies and very sound effect intensive Abe Vigodas. Mosey to the pavilion by the pond.

The Thang:

PAX picked up lifting coupons by the pond and proceeded to follow the board of pain illuminated.

Fifty-nine of everything.

Curls, dips, step ups, thrusters (the peak of pain), bent rows, merkins, with alternating trips down the path using a jump rope, broad jump, jump rope, backwards run, jump rope, neaderthal crawl etc.

Then we ran out of time but I know we couldn’t have run out of sweat~!
