6 Months Left of Summer

Preamble:

The following was definitely planned in advance. It was absolutely not made up on the fly. Anything that our 4 pre-runners say to the contrary is total fabrication.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the middle-upper pavilion parking lot and do some SSH, AARP Weed Pickers, WGS, LB Arm Circles, Hillbillies, and probably something else forgettable.

The Thang:

Mosey up to Muscle Beach for mini-Murph. The PAX split to 3 groups, one doing 5 pullups, one doing 10 mercans, one doing 15 squats. the 4th station was a mosey around the concession stand. We regrouped after each round, and repeated 4x.

Then we lined up on the cheese grater for 11s of mercans & stone mountains, lunge walking 30 yards between.

And that’s it. We moseyed back to the flag for Mary, COT, and Coffee.
