Preamble:

4th time Qing but first 1st time Back Blaster

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot back to the flags. Lot’s of “wow that was a good beat down” mumble chatter. I don’t care what anyone says but the jokes aren’t the same when Scratch Off isn’t there. 10 SSH because Q was already out of breath and felt like 10 was all he could count for SSH. 10 appropriately paced weed pickers. 20 seconds of the best  world’s greatest stretch you’ve ever experienced.

The Thang:

7’s because Q turned 34 today and 3+4 is 7. I knew that Georgia Tech degree would come in handy one day. 7’s included merkins at the top and big boy sit ups at the bottom.

Mosey to the field followed by a new work out that combines Dora’s and Four Corners called Fora Corners. 100 merkins mosey to the next corner, 200 big boy sit ups, bear crawl to the next corner, 300 squats, bernie to the next corner followed by as many LBC’s as you could muster. There were also 3 burpees done every time you ran to the middle of the circle. If this sounds confusing to you it is because it was pretty confusing but also because I’m a terrible writer.

We finished with a race to determine who the fastest gladiator was. The two fastest from each group raced in a winner take all race. The big short pulled out the win followed closely by Brownie with Laces and Vertigo coming in 3rd and fourth. Congratulations to the big short for being crowned the fastest gladiator (atleast until someone else holds another race)

Thankful for you all and that we are more than work out friends. Thankful we can bear one another’s burdens and point each other to Christ you ultimately bore the burdens of our sins. Maybe I’ll Q again before my next birthday maybe not.
