Preamble:
As I rolled up to the AO lightweight was already there anxious to get the festivities going, with SirMixalot coming in soon after the numbers were set at 3, and off we went, the pre-ruck was at a good pace and we ended up back at the AO right on time to start the events o’ the day.
It had been a week since I was able to post, due to an unexpected trip to Kentucky so it was good to be back ITG, humidity was high but the excitement to be back home at starting line made it all worthwhile
A quick mosey to the standard spot and then time for the warmup

Thang1 done and thanks to the high heat and humidity we were feeling it, but time for Thang2 and another chance to push ourselves.

After 5 rounds we switched the toll to 5 jump squats and finished Thang2 off
This was an early 2 year F3 anniversary for me so I really wanted to see what we could accomplish, Lightweight and SirMixalot did a great job and at the end we were all glad to move to the CoT
COT:
During CoT we recapped a bit of my trip and Sir Mixalots encouraged us to give our cares to the skyQ basically saying don’t worry be happy and lean on God.

Coffee was had problems were solve, and we shared plans for the day, then it was time to start the day.
