Stairway to ????

Preamble:

PAX were cold – 32 degrees so we needed to keep warm today!

Open to all men. Good to be back in the Q spot. Don’t sue me or the parking lot or wherever we end up. Modify as necessary, I am definitely not a professional.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey 300 yds to our warm-o-rama spot. SSH, Windmills, Reverse Lunges, Toy Soldiers, Weed Pickers.

The Thang:

Thang 1 – Mosey from the Warm-O-Rama about.25 miles to Perimeter parking lot where we did some line drills and followed the Q’s lead – mosey forward, then sideways, and then Bernie Sanders back to the start. Rinse and repeat about 10 times across the parking lot.

Thang 2 –3 Sets of each movement UP the HIll

3, Burpee Broad Jumps

4, Sprint

5, Bear Crawl

At the top of the hill

10 Merkins

10 Air Squats

10 Big Boys

COT:

A lot of us have had to recover from Covid including myself. Prayers for those still going through it. Prayers for a neighborhood guy we know who is in the hospital still recovering from it. Prayers for Dinghy’s Job situation. Prayers for the unspoken ones that weren’t brought up.

Climb Kili Challenge was accepted and announced again in the group. Get involved and help raise money for the kids in Tanzania.

Always an honor to lead and give back to the group that has impacted my life so much. Felt good to have the Q again at The Hooch. Good to see some new faces as we continue to impact the lives around us.
