Preamble:

A cold and beautiful morning for a Ruck and some QSource discussion. Great to see another 2.0, Baskins’ son Nathan, now aptly named FLASH!

Warm-O-Rama:

Ruck through the 5 levels of garage to the top for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and an intro to QSource 1.11 STUDY

– Have a belief system to accelerate your faith, whatever that faith may center on
– It defines your character to be a leader…leaders can be effective but have no virtue
– Build virtue by study, daily study of the belief system- getting better
– Builds guard rails to keep the leader in line and virtuous
– Continue through disciplined study

The Thang:

Rucked into the sunrise. Down the green way, stopping about every 10 minutes for Merkins, or KBell swings. Rucked back to the garage and hit the flag as the clock hit 8:00.

COT:

Prayers out for health. Swipers friends’ family after a death way too soon.
