Mini Dora & 7OD

Preamble:

30 degrees & a late night for many.  Headcount was reflective of these facts.  Four posted, on time and ready to go.  Heard something about bulldogs…

Warm-O-Rama:

A lap around the paring lot with high knees, butt kickers, and carokicaote right and left.  Pick up a coupon and head to the FOD b/c YH (& very tired) C forgot the rest of the warmup.

The Thang:

Paired off (pretty easy with 4) and did a mini-Dora.  Start on foul line and run to second & back:

• 50 Curls
• 100 OH Press
• 150 BO Rows

Next, head to home, where I remember the rest of the warmup.  SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed pickers, and windmills.

Seven of Diamonds came next.  We made it halfway through before heading back to the flag.

• 1st round: Absolutions x 7
• 2nd round: Captain Thor x 14
• 3rd round: Imperial Squat Walker (Single-Count) x 21
• 4th round: Side Straddle Hop x 28
• 5th round: Merkins (vary hands positions per base) x 21
• 6th round: Lunges (Single-Count) x 14
• 7th round: Burpees x 7

COT:

Strong showing by these men; we pushed to the end & finished strong.  Glad to have TO back after a wellness break.  Prayers for us as fathers to have wisdom, safe travels for Cartpath, wisdom for us our leaders as we navigate COVID.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Pleasure to lead.  High counts are nice, but a small showing makes it more worth the effort for some reason.  Awesome to be pushed by this group.
