With some “metal” Christmas tunes we proceeded to do the following in ascending order – ladder fashion 1st day, 2nd and 1st day, 3rd 2nd 1st and so on:

On the 2nd Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 2 Vup Y ups

On the 4th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 4 murder bunnies (Cinder)
On the 5th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 5 – $%#@* BURPEES!!!
On the 6th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 6 Squat Thrusters (With Cinder)
On the 7th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 7 LBCs
On the 8th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 8 bonnie blairs (Alpha Count)
On the 9th Day of Christmas – my True Q gave to me – 9 Curls for the Girls (Cinder)

COT:
All PAX were sufficiently taxed by the BD. Adding the cinder carry to the top of the stairs each time was “clutch” as the kids say these days.
Good MOC from Script Kiddie from one of the Stuff Worth Trying Podcasts about focusing on a single word to be a motivator for 2022.
Dunshire shared concerns about his kids and Suarez shared some concerns about grieving the loss of a family friend.
