Headed over to ol’ turf field numero dos for a fan favorite from last year. 12 Days of Callahan Returns. It’s the 12 Days of Christmas, but with pain…here’s how each day looked. Go in order, start with 1, ascend to 2, do 1 again…repeato.

6 – Plank Jacks
7 – Donkey Kicks
8 – Slow Flutters – In Cadence!
9 – Low Slow Squats
10 – Wide Merkins
