Preamble:
Started off the pre run with Ballboy and a visiting Stroller, turned out to be a great warmup. Then a large crowd of PAX gathered for the main event.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick loop around the parking lot and then:
SSH, WP, IW, Copperhead Squats
The Thang:
Mosey over behind Starbucks where the Board of Pain was waiting for the PAX, along with a speaker. YHC explained the Board items were inspired by Devito (thanks!) and then also the playlist of Christmas Rock music. Partner up and complete the exercises together, while one PAX makes the long loop around the parking lot.
