Ready-Mix’s Winter Wonderland

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick set of Toy Soldiers at the Flag, then mosey’d over to the bakery where we did some SSH’s and Copperhead Squats.  Then proceeded to mosey over to the Church grounds.

The Thang:

Thang Phase 1:

Gathered around the Christmas tree, we queued up “Jingle Bell Rock”, and did a run in place, and everytime “Jingle” lyric was uttered, we did a Burpee.  Have you listened to this song lately, its a lot of Jingles.  Next up was “I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas”, holding plank and dropping to a Mercan every time Hippo was sung.

Thang Phase 2: Ran over to the Church back porch and partnered up for Dora with 75X Burpees, 100X Star-Jumps and 100X V-Ups.

Thang Phase 3: Ran over to the Hill beside the Church Tower and did some ascending exercises: Start with 1 Squat at the bottom, up the hill and 2x Never Surrenders, around back to the bottom and 3x Squats……. up to 10x NS’s up at the top.

Ran back to the Bakery area Indian Run. FInished with a spring to the flag and short Mary.
