Preamble:
No pre-run this morning. Dunshire arrived early to set up the cones!
Warm-O-Rama:
We started with 15 Side Straddle Hops
10 Weed Pickers
15 Imperial Walkers

The Thang:
Twenty exercises were listed on a board. A 20 sided dice decided the exercise.
A 100 sided dice…yes that’s right a 100 sided dice, was rolled to determine the reps.
After the exercise was complete the PAX ran from one side of the parking lot to the other, then we rolled again. Repeat until time.

Dunshire shared that his son is having surgery in January. We also talked about the Santa Ruck. Dunshire also had the MOC. He shared about handling unexpected challenges in life, just like the unexpected challenges of the dice rolls.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Coffeteria was supplied by Dunshire. Conversation was epic…although I can’t remember a thing that was said. I’m sure it was good…maybe?
