Preamble:
Another year that the dawgs with the SEC East and are on the way to the SEC Championship and you know who is coming from the West. It’s time for another Dawgs workout.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the top of the Widowmaker and circle up for Warm-o-rama:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
After the trip down the Widowmaker we choose teams (Red and Black) and we pair off within teams.
So we have to activities going on here:
- Musical Dora with your partner. Partner 1 runs to the top of the guardrail and back while partner 2 performs teh exercise for that song. New song, new exercise.
- At the same time we had races between team Red and team Black. One person each would get on a furniture dolly and push yourself to the top of the guardrail and ride back down. First team to finish got a point for thier team.
