AO: The Wreck

Preamble:

We don’t do enough static strength training so wanted to switch it up a bit this morning. It was a smaller Monday crowd for the wreck, likely still hangover from the Braves win.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey up to the upper lot by the gym:

  • 15 SSH
  • 15  Hillbillies
  • 15 slow squats

Mosey over to the pavilion by the pond.

The Thang:

Partner up. One partner runs the pond loop while other performs ones exercise. Swap with your running partner and work your way down the list of exercises.

Static hold these positions:

  • Lunge
  • Dip
  • Low plank
  • V-up
  • Calf raise
  • Bird dog

We mosey’d back to the flag, stopping every other light pole for 10x merkins. Quick round of Mary at the flag (American hammers, Superman merkins, crunchy frog). Time called.
