It’s been more than a week since the IPC 2021 ended, so YHC decided to use the coupon for the beatdown. There was 1 pre-runner.

YHC had setup 6 cones (pain station) in a circle and the light post was the axis. Each cone has the name of the exercise. YHC instructed to pick a station and go back to the center to pay toll by performing 3 burpees, before go to the next station. We always carry the coupon from station to station. Once, completed all the stations, plank for the six and short recovery mosey.

We did a total of 4 rounds and a bonus round.
Round 1: 15 reps of the 1st set of exercises.
Round 2: rinse and repeat and increased the reps to 20.
Round 3: 15 reps of the 2nd set of exercises.
Round 4: rinse and repeat and increased the reps to 20.
Bounus round: 25 reps of any station.
With a few minutes left, we walked back to the flag have time to do some Mary: Gas Pumper, Dying Cockroach, and 2 more that YHC could not remember.
