Honored to lead this AM…it has been a trying season for our family and I appreciate the love and support this group has bestowed on us. YHC will be turning 42 later this month so a early Bday Q was in order.
No beating around the bush on the Warm-UP, we had a lot to do in a short amount of time. Indian style run with the PAX calling out an exercise after halting the group when they got to the front. We made our way over to the PC playground.
4 exercises done in a circuit starting with 42 reps of each + 5 pull-ups. Decreasing rep counts by 3 each time, but keeping the 5 pull-ups each round. Next round was 39 + 5 pull-ups, 36 + 5 pull-ups, etc.
The exercises were:
Hydrant leg lifts to single leg mule kicks (basically you or on your hands and knees and lift your leg like you are pissing on a hydrant then when you come back to center you kick your leg back and up)- all reps on one then flap jack
Alternating Shoulder taps
Most made it somewhere in the 20s before we had to mosey back. Note to self: better set up for a 0.0
