Q Source – King

Preamble:

YHC showed up for pre run and was met with Deuce and Snowman. A good pre run with lots of encouragement was had. Good start to the day.

Warm-O-Rama:

Warmup started with rucking up the parking structure with mild Mosey up each hill.

The Thang:

For the Q 1.2, PAX circled to discuss their needs and goals for their physical health. Each PAX shared what their goals were, followed by five burpees for each PAX.

Then the discussion continued during the ruck. Primary topic was avoiding comfort crisis and needing to be challenged for both physical and mental health purposes.

COT:

After summing up the need for physical health, prayers were given to injured PAX and those suffering with challenging problems in their lives.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

All PAX met for coffee and further discussed need for better health and societal direction in health.
