We had a few members get up early and do a pre run/ruck and the rest of us showed up on time. I made a Dunkin stop so we could celebrate my birthday with food. We had an FNG, members from the past, new members and the regulars that showed up.

After warm up we mossie to the coupon pile and everyone picked one they could run with and then we ran to the hill. At the Hill we started the work up
At top of hill 12 Burpees then run down to bottom of hill with coupon and do 7 curls with coupon and run back up the hill with coupon and work the burpees down by twos 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (=42) and keeping the 7 curls at bottom of hill (which equals 42 also).
After that we did indian runs with our coupons with the last person running to the front and once there we did 7 curls, skull crushers, or chest press with the coupon and then the next person would run to the front and kept that up until the 6th man ran to the top (6×7=42). After the 6th person ran to the front we would stop and do an exercise.
