Preamble:

Turning 47 years old and we needed a gentle reminder of age…let’s do a bunch of Merkin rounds to 47 .  Weather was perfect.

The Thang:

Stop at a pull-up bar…

Morning call-5 pull ups, JLOs (x2 rounds)

Mosey to sit-up station

1 Pax does 15 sit ups, and the others do flutter kicks, LBCs

Mosey to the back lot and lineup at end.

1 Pax sprints from one side to the other while other Pax do star jumps, squats, reverse lunges, 

47 Merkins in between 1st rotation and 2nd

Doomsday Clock – Merkins around the circle – Sprocket….winner, winner, chicken dinner.  Of course when you ride a bike instead of run, you may have a little more energy.  🙂

Back to flag and roll the dice.  Lands on Merkins?  47 instead of number.  As luck would have it, the 2nd roll and we were doing more merkins.
