Continue to follow me to Dunwoody Elementary School entrance for: Merkins IC x 20, Mason Twist IC x 20, Burpees OYO x 10. Continue to follow me to GA State Perimeter College Parking Deck lower level for: Merkins IC x 20, Mason Twist IC x 20, Burpees OYO x 10. Next: Lunge Walk 1/2 distance of lower level. Then line up for crab walk to the end. Next, backwards run up next 2 lengths. Next lunge walk 1/2 way of next level. Then mosey to end and up steps to top level. Line up for bear crawls to 2nd light pole. Bear run by Chain Gang! Solid work by him and Curveball!
Next, follow me down steps, backtracing same path. Stop at DES entrance to plank for six. Then Merkins IC x 20. Follow me to Condo entrance on right, circle up for Mason Twist IC x 20, Burpees OYO x 10. Follow me to COT for Mason Twist IC x 20, Merkins IC x 20, Burpees OYO x 10!
