Run over towards the pond for a dose of SSH, Weed Pickas, and Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

Headed over to St. Francis to Nacho’s coupon stash.  Selected our favorite coupons and found ourselves on the track.

I had a 38th birthday yesterday, so it was time to do 38 reps in total of a number of exercises.  Soundtrack of 80’s songs accompanied the workout starting with a 38 Special classic reminding us how to hold our coupons loosely without letting go…if we cling too tightly…you get the point.

Here’s how it went down:

Each Round – Pick up coupon to perform 19 of exercise #1, run 100 yards down the track to perform 19 of exercise #2, run back to your coupon (not someone elses!) to perform 19 of exercise #1 (see, it adds to 38!!), run back down the track to perform 19 of exercise #2…then take a lap!

Here were the rounds:

Overhead Press/Squats

Skull Crushers/Merkins

Curls/Bonnie Blairs – single count

Bent Over Rows/Wide Merkins

Dips/Sumo Squats

 

Solid work by all!  We pushed ourselves hard…
