PAX (3): Miller Time, Ha-Ha, and Nacho Libre

Preamble:

YHC rolled into the parking lot in Nacho Libre fashion right at 5:29 for a little Murph practice.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the football field for a few SSH, Weed Pickers, and some Moroccan Night Clubs.

The Thang:

On to the the thang.  Mosey over to the bleachers for 10 pull-ups on your own.  Mosey toward to the pavilion for 10 Merkins IC, then to the pavilion for 15 Squats IC.

By the pavilion 10 pull-ups on your own.  Back to the pavilion for 10 Merkins IC then mosey toward the play ground.  Half way there stop for 15 squats IC.

Once we arrived at the play ground 10 more pull-ups.  Mosey towards the other football field for 10 Merkins IC then mosey back towards the flag.  Once back to the flag 15 Squats IC.

Repeat the above exercise three times.  YHC called an audible on the pull ups and had each pax either plank or peoples chair while on pax did pull-ups.  Gave the Q a few seconds to catch his breath.

After 3 rounds we had time for one more round of pull-ups, merkins, and squats.  We ended at the flag for 37 LBC’s

Thankful to be out with these men and getting after it in the gloom.  Always an honor to lead!
