A quick set of Hillbillies, Weedpickers and SSH and we were ready for the main course.
Mosey to the base of Peanut hill. Partner 1 AMRAP and Partner 2 run to road sign and back.
Merkins, Lunges, Burpees and Squats. Some Mary was done for the 6.
Another short mosey to the playground, by then Pax were asking when the sense of humor was going to be needed that I had asked for last night along with gloves, soon my friends, soon!
Playground circuit – 4 stations, Donkey Kicks, Mountain climbers, Pull ups and LBC’s – reps were 30, 20 and 10.
Someone said what 30 pull-ups!!!! now you need your sense of humor I replied!
A lot of sweating and quiet chatter was done during this one.
At this stage YHC looked at his watch and realized there was still time left, so another short mosey to the Pavilion would bring us the final Circuit round.
Pavilion Circuit – Dips, Step ups and Derkins – reps were again 30, 20 and 10. This was knocked out pretty quickly with not much mumble chatter. With 3 minutes left we moseyed back to the flag and finished up with some Mary with some of our VQ’s in waiting calling out exercises and cadence. Great idea Miller Time. That Q school needs to start churning out the Q’s.
