It has been a while since I visited with the fine men of The Wreck. A loud a raucous lot, they were out in force and ready to go at 0530. Maybe it was all the talk of yoga mats and pink dumbbells but whatever it was the men were ready for action.
After a quick disclaimer and a challenge to push to accellerate not to just check the box on today’s workout, we were off down the trail to the football field parking lot where we found the truck with #TheGirlfriends waiting.

This morning’s playlist was back to the 80’s. In the early 80’s YHC was in college and these all bring back memories. What little memory I have left anyway!
Partner up. While one partner runs to the end of the lot and back the other partner does an exercise as prescribed by YHC. When partner one returns switch roles. When the song changes, change to the next exercise.

We got enough just before Michael did. We returned #TheGirlfriends to the truck and mosied back to the flag where some Mary was done while the 6 came in and it was 0615.
