Thang 1: ROUTE 66
American Flags were set up from near the trail entrance, up through the rotary and around the parking lot. 1 Burpee, run to next flag, 2 burpees, and so on to 11th flag 11 burpees. That’s 66 Burpees.
The only logical way back to where we started is a U-TURN (thank you F3-Harp!). This time we did Merkins on the way back, 1-11 for 66 Merkins.
Thang 2: ARMS DAY
