We moseyed to a hill for 11s, starting with 10 Jump Squats at the top and 1 Makhtar N’Diayes at the bottom, always a crowd favorite when done on gravel. The Q refused requests for Yoga mats.
We continued onward to a parking lot, to take positions near the bumper blocks. 2 PAX did Mike Tysons while the 3rd bear crawled to the next available bumper block, then switch. In my heart I cursed the Q. Also a bit out loud.
To catch our breath we did Calf raises on the stairs, starting with 1 at the bottom, 2 on the next all the way to 13 on the last one.
Moseyed to the rock pile for some Coupons. 3 sets, each consists of 20 curls, 20 shoulder presses, 20 skulls crashes and 1 run alongside the soccer field and back (without the coupon).
Into the soccer field for a game of Catch Us You If You Can. One PAX stays behind for 10 Big Boys Sit Ups while the other 2 PAX Lunges forward. When the first PAX catches up we all do 2 Burpees and switch. 4 sets got us halfway around the soccer field.
