Preamble:
I arrived 15 minutes early to setup in case of rain at the upper pavilion and then moseyed back to flag area. 4 minutes til 7am and no one around… Seconds later our trusted and fearless leader Spandex showed up. We thought about doing another PAX callout video but quickly decided onto the workout. We moseyed to spray ground parking lot.

Happy to see Viking come moseying up during the weed pickers. He was welcomed and jumped in not missing a beat. We moseyed to the upper pavilion where I had cinders and my ryobi radio ready with a Spotify F3 playlist alternating rap and alternative!

Short mosey to top parking lot. I enjoyed Strollers Rocky Balboas Thursday at the Gladicon takeover so we did 20 IC.
YHC then had a burst of energy as I booked it up the hill by the softball fields to the flower boxes from Spandex’s first Q at the Gladiator! We did 15 Step Ups in our own and moseyed around the fields and back to the flag/Spandex’s trunk.
