With the Super Bowl theme in mind. We completed exercises in reps of 3 and 13. Every time 3 reps were due, of course we did burpees.
The actual warmup went like this: SSH x13, Windmills x13, Moroccan Party x13
We moseyed over to the football field for a 4 corners routine with 13 reps in each corner and 3 burpees as we crossed the midfield line each way. First corner was x13 IC Mountain Climber, Second corner was x13 Ranger Merkins, Third Corner was x13 Lunges, Fourth corner was x13 Crunchy Frogs. As we ran, we faced north the whole time with Karoake right on the base line, run forward on sideline, karoake left on other baseline and run backward on other sideline. The rinse and repeat with x13 IC Plank Jacks, x13 Wide Merkins, x13 Squats, x13 American Hammers.
Next we moseyed over to the benches for 3 sets of 13 reps on the incline derkins, dips and incline merkins.
Wow there is still time left so we did twist of the triple check routine with 5 pax. We lined up on the baseline, one pax ran to 50 yard line and back while the rest of us held a plank. When the runner returned the next man took off and the rest of us switched from plank to air chair. This went till time was up.
Moseyed back to the flag and fell to our six for Mary.
Prayed for each of our family and friends facing a health issues. Especially our fellow man Clyde who has knee surgery this week.
