  • Route 66 Burpees across the back drive behind the school, plank for the six and then a lengthy mosey returning to the front of the football field.  This has been a healthy burpee week for The Kodiak, to be sure.  75 Monday, 66 today, and for those that hit the Paragon yesterday, apparently a healthy 50 or so on Tuesday.
  • Circle of Hope – YHC and the QIC this morning recalled a beatdown led by Law Dog from this past summer which included a high-count combo of donkey kicks and wall taps followed by a lap that surprisingly wore the group down.  Inspired by this and wanting to get in some decent cardio and to stretch the legs, the exercise consisted of the following 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 count sequence: Monkey Humpers, Donkey Kicks, Mercans, Wall Taps, and Squats.  A lap around the Route 66 circle then followed, with 20 BBSU in between, only to return to the field entrance for a repeat, but this time with a count of 20, 30, 40, 50, 10 of the same sequence.  The PAX made it through three laps and reps, with the final only featuring 30, 40, 50 of the Monkey Humpers, Donkey Kicks, and Mercans.

Back to the flag at full time.  Just under three full miles completed during this beatdown.
