In our modern, mostly comfortable, technology driven, often predictable lives, it’s mornings like these that make us feel alive and bring adventure back to everyday life! It was cold and nasty and raining and it was awesome!

10 Pax showed up to pump some iron. No legs today as QIC needed some leg rest!

The Thang:

We moseyed along the trail to grab rock coupons then we moseyed to the playground.

1st Round

  • 20 bicep curls
  • 20 shoulder presses
  • 20 bent over rows
  • 10 pullups
  • 4 sets

2nd Round

  • Partner up
  • 10 incline Merkins
  • 10 decline Merkins
  • 15 dips with legs up on partner who is in plank position
  • 4 sets

3rd Round

  • Venture out into the rain for ring of Mary
  • Went around the circle and each pax called out a Mary exercise (Goat broke protocol each time by going with Merkins…no problem there!)

4th Round

  • Repeat 1st round
  • 3 sets

Drop off coupons then mosey back to flag for one more quick ring of Mary
