A post Lunar beatdown awaited the loyal group of 6 PAX in the gloom. There were reports that there was blood in the sky yesterday morn, but YHC was not impressed. We all knew who would be “bleeding” today.
Mosey around the loop for warm-up with an added exercise New for the PAX.

YHC’s lower back was aching so we ventured into some windmills (10 reps in cadence of course).
Hadn’t done Annie in awhile so we gave it go……let’s go ahead and take a load off. (10 reps each hand- in plank position while you wash the floor Mr. Miagi style. Those shoulders were burning just a little.
The Thang
Mosey down the hill for some killa Dora 1-2-3. Partner up- 100 merkins/200 LBC’s/ and 300 squats. Partner 1 would run up to the end of the bottom lot, slight grade to last light pole while partner 2 begin excercises…..you know the drill.
Next stop was the soccer field for YHC’s blast from the past Q from last year….A.L.A.R.M’s!!!! We did various arm, leg, ab, with “r” excercise and “m” excercise to top it off x 3 rounds.
#1- 20 reps each- shoulder press/lunges/LBC’s/Sprint run width of field and back/merkins
#2-30 reps each- shoulder taps/Elo’s/Peter Parkers/ranger merkins/Maktar N’jays
#3 Repeat of #1- 25 reps each exercise.
Indian run back to base for 2 rounds of 20 step ups/20 derkins and mary.
