The Hardest part about Qing is Backblasting

When: 11/16/2016

QIC: Flo

PAX (): the Dab, Boomer, El Matador, Mr. Drummond, Squirrel, Piggy, Capt. Stubing, and Callahan

9 PAX on hand for a trek up 141…YHC has been tending to the home front so was very excited to return to the #hooch and deliver a beat down.  I also noticed how a few PAX who were lagging at first are leading the charge.  Nice work fellas, let’s keep it up!

Warm-up:  Quick lap around the lot and back to the COP for SSHs and  Imperial Walkers.

Electric Merkin Mile: Headed towards 141.  Squats until the crossing signal changed, then 10 merkins at each tall light pole.  We went a really long way, then turned it in to a Scout Run.  About face at Medlock Bridge Parkway and proceeded towards the rock pile in Indian Run style.  Halt and grab some bench for some slow dips (25).  Quick mosey to the rock pile.

Each PAX grabbed a rock for 3 rounds of the following:

  • 10 Squat, Curl, Presses
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Pikes with rock
  • A quick mosey up the hill and overhead rock carry was required between each set.  On the last trip we walked and pressed at the same time.

Time was running short so we returned for 5 MOM…each PAX called an exercise.

COT: YHC expressed sincere gratitude for the mean of F3 Alpha.  The texts, tweets, calls, acts of service, and prayers have really kept us going over the last month.  Praying for better days ahead.  We huddled up and lifted up thanks to the almighty for provision, plan, and purpose.  We can and should praise in all circumstances.  Piggy is thankful for the new ride and continuing to pray for Squirrels Dad’s recovery.

Moleskin: Norcross is adding a day…meet the Dab tomorrow morning.  We will be working out at the Hooch next week on our normal days and time.  If you are travelling, then get a preemptive strike on the turkey.

See you when I see you !
