Bieber reminded Q the other night that his first BD just so happened to occur on Q’s b-day, and YHC has a habit of recycling an awful routine for each trip around the sun. Thankfully Sprocket wasn’t in attendance this go-around, so the restrictor plate was off the table.
Warm-up mosey up the main road toward the large parking lot for the following exercises to get things moving:
YHC led PAX toward the playground and directed them to fetch a lifting coupon and meet at the base of the grassy hill. Instructions were given, as follows:
7 Burpees at the base of the hill.
Carry coupon to the top of the hills and perform 26 Curls.
Leave coupon and run to the top of the next hill (by the gymnastics building).
7 more Burpees, then back the top of the first hill for 26 Skull-Crushers.
Carry coupon to the base of the hill.
Rinse/repeat 6 more times.
Not sure if it was advanced age or lack of oxygen, but Norm had to remind Q (twice!) to carry the coupon back to the bottom of the hill.
With T-5 left on the clock, Q called time and instructed all PAX to return coupons and head back to the flag. No time for Mary today.
