- Flutter Kicks x25 (2 count) while others hold leg lifts 6in off ground
- Copper Head Merkins x10 while others hold plank
PAX did two rounds of this until we moseyed to the next thang
The Other Thang
Johnny Cash inspired the next thang as well PAX dove into the Ring of Fire. YHC had 10 workouts that pax would complete as many reps as possible in 1 minute and then all PAX would shift to the next work out.
